Reverse Osmosis System

It is a facility that manufactures primary pure water for ultrapure water production by removing ionic components and TOC presenting in water.

DEFINITIONS

When two solutions with different concentrations are separated into a water tank divided by a semipermeable membrane,
the water in the low concentration solution moves toward to the high concentration solution after a certain period of time, and difference of water level occurs.
This phenomenon is called as Osmosis, and the pressure equivalent to the difference in water level is called as Osmotic pressure.
When we apply pressure above osmotic pressure to the high concentration solution, water moves toward the low concentration solution, which is called as ‘Reverse Osmosis”.
Reverse Osmosis System is the process of removing fine particles, ionic substances, bacteria, etc. from the water by using reverse osmosis principles.

FEATURES

Inorganic substance is more easily separated than organic substance. Electrolyte is more easily separated than non-electrolyte, and electrolyte separates easier when giving higher electric charges.
Gas salts are easy to penetrate the membrane, and ammonia, chlorine, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide have low removal rates.
It is superior to the other devices in performance, ease of operation, and affordability, and is widely used in residentials and industries.
Reverse Osmosis facilities could be configured in parallel, series, mixed or two stages form depending on the water quality and application of raw water.
Reverso Osmosis process combines with the physicochemical properties of the membranes, the physicochemical properties of separated substances, and
the pressure difference between the two sides.

FIELD OF APPLICATIONS

Seawater, Production of potable water by demineralizing liver water, Water purifying production & concentration,
