Ultrafiltration System

It is a pre-treatment facility with excellent capacity to remove fine particles and microorganisms except ionic substances in water.

DEFINITIONS

Ultrafiltration systems are typically asymmetric membranes consisting of a surface active layer with selective separation and a porous support layer.
It is a process that can remove the presence, physical, chemical, and biological elements of adverse effects on the reverse osmosis membrane in advance,
without phase change and any chemicals.

FEATURES

It is possible to remove suspended substances such as particle colloidal proteins & all of the microorganisms.
Also, UF Module can be reused several times through cleaning.
Pretreatment of UF System is easier to operate and maintain compared to traditional methods, and requires smaller space.

FIELD OF APPLICATIONS

It is used for Separation of organic substance in aqueous solution, Process water, Concentration of diluent and wastewater treatment in food & pharmaceutical processes.
Also, it can be used for pre-treatment of RO process & post-treatment of ion exchange resin.
